Designing the Next Generation of Zero Trust
Zero Trust: It has become one of the biggest – and most misunderstood – buzzwords in cybersecurity. The model encourages the implementation of strong controls, methods and protocols surrounding access to critical systems and data.

Yet, while Zero Trust is a popular way to enhance cybersecurity controls in the COVID era, it has its challenges and limitations. If the access granted through Zero Trust is not reviewed periodically, it could potentially lead to the creation of an “access creep” or “orphaned accounts” – a risk where inactive or old accounts remain open for bad actors to exploit.

Join this session, Designing the Next Generation of Zero Trust, to gain new insight on Zero Trust and critical access management from Dan Fabbri, Chief Data Scientist at SecureLink, who will address the gaps and limitations that come from the access granted via Zero Trust methods.

Discussion topics will include:

  • To what degree does your enterprise embrace the Zero Trust model today?
  • How do you manage access rights to avoid “access creep?”
  • How do you monitor how trusted users are actually using sensitive resources once access is granted?

What additional investments will you make in 2022 to enhance critical access management?
