The State of Managed Services 2023: What a SMB Needs in a Partner
Sixty percent of surveyed small-to-midsized businesses say they could be hit by a successful ransomware attack in the next year, and almost three-quarters of them say such a strike might prove to be a deathblow to their organization.

Such is the state of cybersecurity with SMB, where nearly one-third of survey respondents dealt with phishing and viruses in the past year, and 40 percent say they plan to increase cybersecurity spending. Further, one-third of respondents say they are unhappy with their current array of cybersecurity solutions, potentially opening the door to Managed Service Providers to assist them.
