Zero Hour: Executive Cyber Crisis Simulation

1:00pm – 3:30pm ET | New York, NY

Event Overview

What happens when a ransomware attack hits and you’re in the decision-maker’s chair? How do you respond when regulators are calling, customer data is at risk, and the media has already picked up the story?

Zero Hour: Executive Cyber Crisis Simulation puts senior leaders in the hot seat during a high-fidelity, multi-departmental cyber incident. Designed for board-level and C-suite leaders, this interactive exercise mimics the first few critical hours of a cyber crisis with all the intensity and ambiguity of the real world.

What You’ll Experience

  • Live-action multimedia simulation: Navigate ransomware threats, insider risk, media scrutiny, and regulatory fallout.

  • Executive decision-making: Respond to legal, technical, and communications dilemmas under real-time pressure.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with fellow participants acting as heads of risk, security, legal, and comms.

  •  Post-simulation debrief: Reflect on your decisions and receive expert insights on leadership gaps and process improvements.

Why This Session Matters

Cybersecurity is no longer the sole responsibility of the IT department. Reputational damage, compliance penalties, and operational disruption are all business-level risks that demand business-level leadership. This simulation helps prepare executives to lead confidently through uncertainty and maintain organizational resilience when every second counts.

Join us to stress-test your strategy, challenge your instincts, and walk away with new insights to fortify your crisis response capabilities.
