Gobardhan is the global data privacy and protection counsel at VFS Global. She is responsible for advising on data privacy and protection laws, regulations and best practices. She handles data subject requests. She is also responsible for structuring of data controller and processor arrangements especially with new business opportunities, and for training the legal and business teams.
