Duggal is an advocate at the Supreme Court of India. He is also the founder and conference director of the International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime, and Cybersecurity, and the president of Cyberlaws.net. He has held several leadership roles in the fields of cybersecurity law and mobile law.
