Troy Leach has spent more than 25 years educating on and advocating for the advancement of responsible technology to improve the quality of living and parity for all. Currently Mr. Leach is the Chief Strategy Officer for the non-profit, Cloud Security Alliance and sits on several advisory boards as an expert in information security and financial payments. He has advised on several books and been a United States congressional expert on the subject of protecting financial services and supporting technology for Senate Banking, Financial Services and other committees. Previously, Mr. Leach helped establish and lead the PCI Security Standards Council, that creates global standards and certification programs as their CTO and Chief Standards Architect. Mr. Leach holds a Masters of Science from Syracuse University in Telecommunication & Network Management as well as Information Security Management.
