Artificial intelligence is transformational. It’s already reshaping today’s retail landscape, with organizations racing to implement AIpowered solutions for personalization, inventory management, and seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints for a consistent Ominichannel approach.

Some 68% of retailers are plan to have AI-based technologies implemented this year (Prismetric, 2024), and market projections show AI in retail growing from $9.85 billion to $40.49 billion by 2029. And with 81% of customers reported to prefer companies that offer personalized experiences across all touchpoints, the challenge isn’t just adopting AI, it’s about doing so securely, efficiently, and at scale across web, mobile, and in- store channels.

In this session we will be discussing real-world experiences, challenges, and strategies for implementing AI at
scale in omnichannel environments. We will explore how modern retail infrastructure can support the next
generation of AI applications while maintaining security, performance, and compliance across all customer
touchpoints.

This will include discussing:

• Is AI ‘traffic stealing’ a problem for retail (and if so, what do we do about it?)

• How do we ensure our approaches are compliant with relevant regulations?

• What tools and services can we use to ease the transition? environments
