NIS2 & DORA: Turning Regulatory Pressure into Operational Strength
6:30 -8:00 PM CET | Munich, Germany
Event Overview
NIS2 and DORA are now in force across Europe, raising the bar for operational accountability and security controls. The question isn’t whether to comply – it’s how to do it in a way that genuinely improves resilience.
Compliance alone won’t make an organisation secure. But these regulations do create an opportunity: to build visibility, segmentation, and control that go beyond paperwork. By mapping networks, understanding dependencies, and enforcing segmentation that limits lateral movement, teams can meet regulatory expectations and reduce risk at the same time.
The most effective approach is one that treats compliance as a by-product of good security. That means strengthening processes in asset discovery, network visibility, and micro-segmentation, then using that foundation to demonstrate governance, response readiness, and resilience. When visibility and segmentation become continuous, audit readiness follows naturally – and so does a stronger security posture.
Among the discussion topics:
- Measuring your current level of compliance with NIS2 and DORA
- How are you preparing for breach reporting and supervisory inspections to ensure you exceed the standards set out by EU regulatory frameworks?
- How are you mapping and maintaining visibility over critical assets
- How are you embedding risk-based thinking into day-to-day operations?
