Operationalizing AI in Cybersecurity: Readiness, Resistance, and Real Use Cases
5:30 - 8:00pm ET | New York, NY
Event Overview
AI is rapidly transforming the cybersecurity landscape – from automated threat detection and SOC efficiency to generative model risk and regulatory scrutiny. Yet many financial services organizations are still in the early stages of adoption, navigating where to apply AI, how to prepare internal data and infrastructure, and what roadblocks exist across teams.
This executive roundtable will focus on the foundational steps needed to successfully implement AI across the enterprise, starting with mapping demand: Which teams are asking for AI capabilities? Where is the potential business value? From there, we’ll explore how to assess readiness – do the right data sets exist, are they secure and well-governed, and is the organization structured to operationalize AI responsibly?
Attendees will discuss the technical and cultural barriers to adoption, the level of urgency being placed on AI initiatives at the board or CISO level, and how security leaders can take a cross-functional approach to deployment.
If you’re exploring where AI fits into your security strategy, this peer exchange will offer valuable insight into how others in financial services are:
Mapping AI demand across business units and security teams, identifying high-value and feasible use cases
Evaluating internal readiness, from data quality and model governance to cloud infrastructure and team resourcing.
- Understanding resistance – whether cultural, operational, or regulatory – and how to align stakeholders.
