Emerging Threats from Third Parties Loom Large: Does Your Response Capability Meet the Challenge?

5:30 - 8:00 PM PT | San Francisco, CA

Event Overview

It’s not getting any easier – regardless of your security posture, emerging threats from third parties are a real and persistent nuisance. While each threat is unique, every event results in third-party risk management teams scrambling to ensure their organizations are protected. Visibility is limited. Alerts are overwhelming. And rapid responses and emergency assessments can be knee-jerk, stressful and distracting. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Join us for a discussion on incident response plans and ensuring you have best practices in place. We’ll cover what’s essential to prepare in advance so you’re ready when the time comes. From establishing solid communication channels to leveraging automation, we’ll discuss necessary steps and considerations for an effective response plan including:

DISCUSSION POINTS

  • How have you prepared in advance to reduce reaction time?

  • Were you able to quickly identify which third parties require follow-up based on the specific threat?

  • How you followed up with vendors and the challenges you experienced?
