Financial Services: Building a Culture of Security to Tackle Current and Future Threats

4pm – 5:30pm ET | Virtual

Event Overview

Today, financial institutions face a variety of threats to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their data; including breaches, malware, and phishing scams. These types of attacks can have a detrimental and long-lasting effect on enterprises, such as a loss of customer trust, reputation, revenue and profits.

Furthermore, security leaders should be thinking about the risk that quantum computing poses to networks and systems and how to get ahead of this before the cybercriminals decipher the code that is securing financial transactions.

The answer lies with comprehensive digital trust. Guided by insights from Dean Coclin, Senior Director and Digital Trust Specialist with DigiCert, this invitation-only roundtable will also draw upon the experiences of the attendees. Participants will discuss why it is more important than ever in today’s digitally transformed institutions to build a “culture of security” to address current and future threats to the financial services industry.

DISCUSSION POINTS

  • Mitigating Risks: What are the most important risks to mitigate, and how?
  • Balancing Security and the Customer Experience: How can organizations achieve this balance?
  • Future-Proofing Security: How do we prepare for the post-Quantum Computing world?
