Mr. Shaver is the Global Practice Leader for Mandiant’s Industrial Control Systems/Operational Technology Security Consulting practice, focusing on cyber security for industrial control systems, operational technology, and critical infrastructure. He leads the team globally, focusing on building the practice through continual improvement and development capabilities across ICS/OT disciplines and industries. Mandiant’s ICS/OT Practice works closely with clients to assess cybersecurity controls appropriate for ICS/OT environments, evolve those architectures to a more defensible posture, and improve the ability to resist, detect, respond to, and contain attacks. Mr. Shaver also guides the Partnership Team regarding Mandiant partnerships with ICS/OT product partners, as well as representing Mandiant’s ICS/OT portfolio internally and externally.
