AI Governance: Practical Solutions for Current and Future Deployments
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM CET | Virtual
Event Overview
AI adoption is outpacing the implementation of controls designed to secure it. Unknown models are being deployed by staff, suppliers, and across the supply chain, often without a clear inventory of where they exist or what they are doing. CISOs are inheriting this AI risk by default – expected to secure systems after deployment, with minimal input into sourcing decisions, deployed use cases, or accountability structures.
When governance policies are assumed, theoretical, or absent, failure follows. Accountability becomes unclear, responsibilities are contested, and ambiguity incentivises higher risk-taking. Against this backdrop, organisations are now asking a critical question: what does good AI governance actually look like in practice?
This roundtable will address:
Using AI governance to enable visibility into AI usage across the organisation.
Ensuring accountability for AI model selection, deployment, and ownership.
Establishing metrics for AI regulatory compliance and reporting to the board
